Ready to make a difference for Flint Creek? Grab your Scout troop, coworkers, friends, or community organization and join the Creek Crew!

CreekWorks is a community-wide cleanup initiative organized by WaterWorks Environmental Learning Lab in partnership with Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge. Together, we’re bringing volunteers together to tackle litter, protect wildlife habitat, and keep Flint Creek and its surrounding waterways clean!

Our First Cleanup: Saturday, March 13, 2027

Cleanup Time: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Registration Opens January 15, 2027!

• Group Registration: January 15 – February 27, 2027
• Individual Registration: January 15 – March 10, 2027

Don’t have a group? No problem! Individual volunteers are welcome, too!

Registered groups will be assigned cleanup locations along Flint Creek, and everyone is invited to come together afterward at Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center for a hotdog celebration!
