AMRV RC&D Mission
Alabama’s Mountains, Rivers and Valleys Resource Conservation and Development Council (AMRV RC&D) works to improve the economic, social, and physical environment of North Alabama communities by providing resources, programs, and education.
WaterWorks Center for Environmental Education is one way AMRV RC&D brings this mission to life—by connecting people to the natural world through hands-on environmental science.

Connectivity
We foster deep connections—with nature, our community, and our students—while also bridging the gap between people and the natural world. Our team and partners work closely together, collaborating and supporting one another to create opportunities for engagement with nature.
